L.E.O. Clinic is proud to welcome a new chapter of leadership under Winston and Claribel Rosario, a husband-and-wife team whose shared commitment to family, faith, and community now guides the heart of our practice.
Married for nearly 25 years, Winston and Claribel bring both business expertise and clinical dedication to L.E.O. Clinic’s leadership. Claribel, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, serves as C.E.O. and Clinical Director, leading the clinical vision and quality of care that families across Connecticut have come to rely on. Winston, as Owner and C.F.O., ensures the clinic operates on a strong, stable foundation, so every child and family who walks through our doors receives the support they deserve.
As the new owners of L.E.O. Clinic, Winston and Claribel are honored to carry forward its legacy of service while bringing their own vision for growth, quality, and community impact. Their partnership — in marriage and mission — reflects the values they bring to their work every day: integrity, dedication, and genuine care for the families they serve.
